Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that the recommendation was sent to the State government (Annexure-A to the counter affidavit) but till date there is no decision taken by the State government. In view of the fact that the necessary recommendation was sent to the State government for regularization in terms of the statute for regularization. The writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Director Higher Education to ensure that final decision on
