(i) To issue a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for the production of her son of the petitioner from illegal detention at the hands of private respondents (ii) To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus for a direction to the respondent no.-2, to 6 complete the investigation and take it to the logical conclusion in the F.LR. lodged by the petitioner bearing G. B. Nagar P.S.Case No. 70 of 2023.

(iii)To issue an appropriate writ/s, order/s,directions/ for commanding the respondents to provide adequate security to the petitioner, because the petitioner has a threat of her life at the hands of respondent numbers 9 to 12.

(iv) For a direction to the respondent no.-6, to take action against the respondent no. - 7 (S.H. O. of G.B. Nagar P.S.), why he is not taking any action towards the recovery of the son of the petitioner.

(v) Any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is legally and validly entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. During the pendency of the present petition, missing person that is son of petitioner Ranjan Kumar was stated to have been murdered on 01.03.2023. During the course of investigation, police have ascertained that missing victim person has been murdered in this context they have already an FIR and so also Charge sheet is stated to have
