JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 176 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 27 litres of Nepali liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.08.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees
