2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 320 of 2022, G.R. No. 3846 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 120B, 147, 148, 149, 379, 427, 337, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution, the petitioners and other accused persons are said to have fired indiscriminately due to land dispute.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the similarly situated accused namely Sachidanand Rai has already been granted bail and petitioner No. 1 and petitioner No. 2 are in custody since 20.03.2023 and 15.04.2023 respectively.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, IV, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 320 of 2022, G.R. No. 3846 of 2022.

10. The petitioners will visit Sahebpur Kamal Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
