2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 452, 341, 323, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the accusations are general and omnibus in nature without any specific assault attributed individually. The petitioners are agnates and the occurrence transpired pursuant to a petty dispute. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. It is made clear that if the petitioner surrenders and seeks for regular bail before the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66643 of 2018(3) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 Court below, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits expeditiously, having regard to the nature of injuries sustained by the deceased as transpires from the post mortem report.
