The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that the petitioner was married in the year 1986 and the petitioner got seven children out of the wedlock, but the informant made allegation that he came to know that the petitioner killed his wife and concealed her dead body. The petitioner confessed his guilt; in pursuance thereof the dead body of his wife was recovered.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 105 of 2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44660 of 2014 (8) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt / production of this order.
