After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to convert this petition under Sections 397 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code to challenge the order dated 29.07.2016, which appears to be a reversible order by which the period for investigation of the case on the petition of investigating officer was extended to 360 days.

Prayer is allowed. The petitioner is permitted to convert the petition and to make necessary correction and thereafter, office is directed to put up the case before an appropriate Bench.
