2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to visit her agricultural plot, the accused persons including the petitioner came there and started abusing and assaulting him by means of farsa on his head, with intention to kill him. The informant suffered grievous injury and further, he was rushed to DMCH, Darbhanga for treatment.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54502 of 2024(2) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 this case. There is land dispute between the parties. The injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is under custody since 27.04.2024.

On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has two criminal antecedents to which the learned counsel for the petitioner replied that in one case, he has been granted bail and in another, final form has been submitted against him.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 84 of 2021, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
