The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the minor daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the petitioner and others.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03-03-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The victim and the petitioner had left their houses out of love affairs. The medical examination report does not support the allegation made in the FIR. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is

Case No. 43 of 2019.
