The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 809C of 2013 registered under Sections 323, 341, 379 and 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to petty dispute some hot talk were exchanged in between the wife of the complainant and petitioner no. 1 but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged. In fact, petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are sister-in-law and sister of the complainant and they have no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48120 of 2017 (2) dt.13-10-2017 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikarhana at Dhaka East Champaran, in connection with Complaint Case No. 809C of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
