2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 3/7/2023 passed in Cr.Mis.No. 16488 of 2023.

3. In view of the reasons given in the modification petition, said order is modified to the extent that the description of Court below mentioned in operative portion of the said order be read as 'Court of Avinash Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti, Madhubani' in place of 'Additional Sessions Judge I, Madhubani'. Besides this, petitioner is granted six weeks further time to surrender and to furnish bail bonds, subject to deposit of Rs.5000/- to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bail bonds.

4. Modification petition is thus allowed.
