JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said motorcycle was kept in the house of the petitioner by one Dular Das and the petitioner was not aware of the fact that the same was stolen property. Petitioner has claimed clean antecedent and he is in custody since 22.1.2021. Charge sheet has already been submitted.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
