The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S.Case No. 34 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 307, 448, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant by iron rod on his head.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and further submission is that though there is allegation of assault on head but the injuries are simple in nature.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.36649 of 2017 (2) dt.11-08-2017 2/2 circumstances, let petitioner, above named, surrender within a period of four weeks before the court below and on his so surrendering he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jamui, in connection with Sikandra P.S.Case No. 34 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors should be a local person having sufficient properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and he will co-operate in investigation of the case and make himself available before the investigating officer as and when required, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
