2. Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the writ petition has become infructuous due to efflux of time. As regards the subject tender, he however expresses apprehension that the petitioners may not be permitted to participate in future tenders as well.

Having regard to the stand of the petitioners, the writ petition stands disposed with granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court if and when such occasion arises and they are denied participation in future tenders by the respondents.
