The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul P. S. Case No.221 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the informant in the F.I.R. alleges that the petitioner, who is teacher of her daughter, eloped with the minor. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

The girl after returning, gave her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. where she has not supported the prosecution case rather has said that on account of quarrel with her mother, she had left the house and went to her maternal grandmother's place. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, he is a person with clean antecedent, charge-sheet has been submitted in this case and the victim has not supported the prosecution case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P. S. Case No.221 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
