Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that two unknown persons snatched golden chain of the informant.

It has been submitted that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11-05-2022. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47484 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 present case in self-confessional statement of the petitioner which was made in connection with another case. The petitioner has not been put on TIP to ascertain his participation in the alleged offence. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 351 of 2021.
