The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation of informant is that, in the evening of 19.02.2018, petitioner entered her house in drunken state and tried to outrage her modesty. In the meantime, the petitioner assaulted Laxmi Devi, Ruby Devi and Chacham Devi and broke the house hold articles and also made attempt to snatch the gold chain from neck. At that time, the petitioner was in the company of his brother Prem Kumar @ Chiti, Ram Ratan Kumar @ Chotu and mother. The cause of occurrence is due to old land

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Vishun Deo Singh, father of the petitioner, had filed Title Suit No. 84 of 2010 for declaring the adoption deed dated 08.03.2008 alleged to be executed by late Ram Sagar Prasad Singh in favour of Ankit Bhushan forged and fabricated, due to that reason the informant, who is the relative of the family of Ankit Bhushan, had lodged the present case with false allegation. However, learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
