====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 116/2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the I.P.C.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that the petitioner alongwith other co-accused assaulted the father-in-law of the informant with bricks and rod, due to that he sustained severe injuries and also snatched Rs. 30,000/-.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2022. He has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. General and omnibus

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47582 of 2022(3) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Gaya, in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 116/2022.
