The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 338, 308, 448, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation is that the petitioner Sujit Kumar assaulted the informant by means of iron rod on his head and petitioner Jitan Kumar pelted bricks on the informant's niece, namely, Chandani Kumari and later on all the petitioners entered into informant's house and made injured to the parents and

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is land dispute between the parties and the injury found to be abrasion on the head of informant's niece, namely, Chandani Kumari and according to the description given by the Doctor, it appears that all the injuries are simple in nature.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Danapur, District-Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 253 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
