Patna High Court MJC No.2187 of 2024(5) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 outrightly submits that in compliance of order dated 04.12.2023 passed in CWJC No.8029 of 2016, the Authority has passed a reasoned order dated 30.09.2024.

3. The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order dated 30.09.2024 before the appropriate Forum.

4. Accordingly, this MJC application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
