This is an application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in complaint case in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 420, 120B and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made by the complainant, the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is allowed.
