The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2020 registered for the offence under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2018. In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the materials available against him, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
