Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in Paragraph 3 at Page 2 of the order, inadvertently it is recorded that "no rejoinder to the counter affidavit has been filed to controvert the statements made in the counter affidavit". Whereas, the fact is that a rejoinder to the counter affidavit is placed on the record. Learned counsel submits that he is simply

Let the same be recorded and the same be read accordingly.

In place of the sentence occurring in Paragraph 4 at Page 3 of the order that "no rejoinder to the counter affidavit has been filed to controvert the statements made in the counter affidavit", it would be read as "a rejoinder has been filed to the counter affidavit to controvert the statements made in the counter affidavit".
