The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-b), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been named in the self-inculpatory statement of co-accused Mukesh Kumar and he is also accused of committing dacoity, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
