JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- " (i) For quashing of the energy bill dated 16.03.2015 issued by the respondents contrary to the order passed in the case of the petitioner itself, in Registered Case No. 32 of 2011 by the Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum.
(ii) For a declaration that the impugned bill raised on the basis of minimum guarantee is contrary to the earlier stand of the respondent
Patna High Court CWJC No.6539 of 2015 (3) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 authorities who had granted exemption till December, 2013.
(iii) For a declaration that exemption cannot be denied merely on the ground that the petitioner had changed category from LTIS-II to LTIS-II (Demand Based Tariff).
(iv) For a direction to the respondent authorities not to take any coercive step against the petitioner like disconnection of electric supply, during pendency of the present writ application."
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset states that the grievance of the petitioner has since been redressed and the relevant benefits of the industrial policy have now been extended to the petitioner during the pendency of the writ petition.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent- Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Ltd. appears.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands disposed of.
