JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.231 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they have assaulted the informant with knife and caused injuries on different parts of the body.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
