1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2 Mr. Sandeep Kumar Gautam.

2. The learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that the case was referred for mediation and the mediation proceeding succeeded.

3. The learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 Sandeep Kumar Gautam submits that he has instruction to make submission on behalf of the O.P. No.2 not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the O.P. No.2, the petitioner above-named, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47833 of 2023(4) dt.25-04-2024 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.01/2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
