Though the petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 12.03.2008 (Annexure-8) passed in Consolidation Revision Case No. 324 of 1989 by the revisional authority, but in view of the averments made in paragraph 14 of the writ petition, he has admittedly filed Title Suit no. 112 of 2006 before the learned Munsif, Bhabhua for declaration of his right, title and interest over the land in question.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has already approached the civil court by filing aforesaid Title suit No. 112 of 2006 for getting his right, title and interest declared over the lands in question, the present writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to raise all the
