2. With the consent of the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the relief as claimed for in the present writ application the petitioner has filed a representation dated 25.05.2009 (Annexure 1) before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur and the same continues to be pending. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued by this Court directing the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur to disposed of the pending representation of the petitioner within a fixed time frame after

4. The aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the respondent-State.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur to disposed of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2009 (Annexure 1) on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order.

6. The entire exercise must be completed by the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur within a period of four months from the date of production of the copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of. Pending IAs, if any, will be deemed to have been disposed of.
