2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 203 of 2025, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 127(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 132 and 299 of BNS and later on Section 103 (2) of BNS was added.
3. As per prosecution case, police received information about the fight breaking out between two communities. Police reached the spot and found some persons involved in the clash who received injuries. On further investigation, the police came to know about the petitioner and a number of other co-accused persons, who, creating a religious frenzy, indulged in attacking each other and causing injuries to a

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. No occurrence as alleged has ever taken place. The petitioner has not caused any injury to any person. It is apparent from the FIR that exchange of abuse took place and both sides sustained injuries. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner, who was not at all involved in the clashes. The petitioner, who is a lady, is in custody since 09.05.2025. She has got no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made hereinabove and considering the vague nature of allegation against the petitioner, who is a lady and further considering the period of custody of the petitioner along with her clean antecedent, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya/court concerned, in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 203 of 2025, subject to the conditions mentioned in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47338 of 2025(2) dt.30-07-2025 3/3 Section 480 (3) of BNSS and also the following conditions : (i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below.
(iii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
