The petitioner is accused in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 472 of 2011 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 and 504 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 1388 of 2014 on 13.02.2014 by a Bench of this Court on merit taking into consideration the allegation. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2013.

Admittedly, prayer of the petitioner for bail was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49579 of 2014 (3) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 refused taking into consideration the specific allegation of piercing the Bhala blow on the chest of the deceased, husband of the informant.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, this application stands rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J.) Shail/- U T
