The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by pressing her neck.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant, and they used to reside separate to Akhlak, husband of the deceased, and due to scuffle in between
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47647 of 2017 (2) dt.10-10-2017 the deceased and her husband, Akhlak, she committed suicide, but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Moreover, the husband of the deceased is in custody since 15.04.2017.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
