The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 366A and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. In 164 Cr. P. C. statement, the victim has denied the occurrence of her abduction and has stated that out of her own sweet will she left the house and married the petitioner in the temple. Considering the 164 Cr. P. C. statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VII cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, West Champaran, Bettiah in Mahila Thana Bagaha Police Station Case No. 26 of 2021.
