Issuance of a direction, order of writ, including writ in the nature of a direction order or writ including writ in the nature of quo warranto directing respondent no.8 to show before the authority as to how he has obtained

Patna High Court CWJC No.10571 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 service as Horseman police, under the commandant Horseman, Horsemen Special Armed police, Bhojpur at Ara in the name of Gauri Shankar Yadav (respondent no.7).

(ii) Issuance of a direction, order of writ, including writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities to take steps towards recovery of total salary and pension amount from the respondent no.8 who obtained service on the basis of fake and forged name i.e. Gauri Shankar Yadav and fraudulently grabbed service in Horseman Armed police force.

(iii). Issuance of a direction to the concerned respondent authorities to lodge criminal case against respondent no. 8 for committing forgery." 2.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 6 i.e. the Commandant Horseman, Horseman Special Armed Police, Bhojpur at Ara, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
