2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ara Muffassil P.S. Case No. 117 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120B & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 03.04.2023. He also submits that petitioner is the second wife of the deceased.

4. As per prosecution, the dead body of the deceased was recovered from a field.

5. Petitioner is the second wife of the deceased and there is no evidence against her of killing the deceased. She has clean antecedent and she is in custody since 03.04.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48060 of 2023(2) dt.04-08-2023 2/2 named above, is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Muffassil P.S.
