The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/409/420/467/468 of the Indian Penal Code. According to FIR, the informant had deposited money in the referred registered Bank on persuasion of husband of agent Punam Kumari. Co-accused Sitaram Prasad Singh is said to be the in-charge of the Head Office of the co-operative Bank where money was deposited and the petitioner is the Director of the Bank.

Submission is that Sitaram Prasad Singh has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, considering the fact that there is no direct allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59007 of 2018(3) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 against Sitaram Singh, in Cr. Misc. No.40020 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Laheri Police Station Case No.118 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
