5. Both the learned counsels for the respective parties submitted that the present LPA would be disposed of in the light of order dated 27.01.2025 passed in LPA No. 717 of 2024 arising out of CWJC No. 13380 of 2023.

6. In the light of the aforementioned submission, the present LPA stands disposed of in terms of LPA No. 717 of 2024 decided on 27.01.2025.
