2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 504, 506, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
3. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner and 5 to 6 unknown persons, armed with deadly weapons, came to house of informant, abused and assaulted informant and others.

4. It is submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is alleged to be one of the assailant of the deceased. As a matter of fact, the present case is counter-blast of Sonepur P.S. Case No. 788 of 2020 which was lodged earlier in point of time. Moreover, charges have already been framed against this petitioner vide order dated 07.07.2025. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 25.03.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at
