2. This bail petition of petitioner No. 1 is dismissed as withdrawn.
3 . Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 and the State.

4. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act 2018 and section 11(d)(f) of the Prevention of cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 .
5. It is alleged that 25.600 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from the pick-up van .
6. It is submitted that the petitioner are neither driver nor owner of the vehicle in question . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners and they are no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 claim no criminal antecedents of similar nature .
7. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.
8 . Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner petitioner Nos. 2 and 3, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Aditional Sessions Judge -IV-cum- Exclusive Special Excise Court No. II, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur Police Station Case No. 20 of 2023 , subject to the conditions
