====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Patrakar Nagar Police Station Case No.268 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 379, 313 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the informant is doing the job on the post of Software Engineer at Delhi for the last five years.

No.46072 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/3 In the meantime, Varun Ranjan, the son of the petitioner nos.1 and 2 and the brother of the petitioner no.3, came in the touch of the informant and developed physical relation with the informant on assurance of performing the marriage with her. In that course, she conceived pregnancy several times but Varun Ranjan got her pregnancy aborted, lastly on 5th of April, 2019 at Yashoda Hospital, Koshambi, Delhi. At that time, the petitioners were ready to perform the marriage of Varun Ranjan with the informant but, later on, the petitioners refused to perform the marriage of Varun Ranjan with the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are parents and brother of Varun Ranjan, who developed physical relation with the informant on assurance of performing the marriage.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge-X-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.268 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid
