No one is appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation Center where both, petitioner and opposite party no. 2, settled their dispute amicably in terms of the agreement as detailed in memorandum of agreement, dated 27.05.2019, attached with the Mediator's report.
In terms of agreement, dated 27.05.2019, the parties expressed their views to withdraw all cases pending between them, since, the dispute has been settled.
In view of the report, dated 27.05.2019, of the Patna
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61131 of 2018(5) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 High Court Mediation Center, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of surrender/arrest, within a period of four weeks from today, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1049(C) of 2016 shall be released on pre-arrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna, of the successor Court subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Criminal Procedure.
