2. This application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 19375 of 2025 which stood dismissed for default for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 05.05.2025.

3. Vide order dated 05.05.2025 the learned counsel for the petitioner has been granted time till 07.05.2025 to remove the defects but due to communication gap he has not done so.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 19375 of 2025 is restored to its original file.

5. One week further time is granted to learned counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49902 of 2025(2) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 for the petitioner to remove the defects as pointed out by the office in Cr. Misc. No. 19375 of 2025.

6. Accordingly, the present restoration application stands disposed of.
