2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143(1), 145, 98 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., Sections 75 and 79 of the J.J. Act, Section 8 of the POCSO Act, Sections 6, 5, 4 and 3 of the Immoral Trafficking Act and Sections 16, 17 and 18 of the Bengal Labour System Act.
3. As per prosecution case, on 07.12.2024, a raid was conducted in which four minor girls were recovered who disclosed that this petitioner, who is owner of the orchestra, brought them and forced them to do immoral work.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48120 of 2025(2) dt.05-08-2025 2/2 behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he brought minor girls and forced them to perform in his orchestra.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
