The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.273 of 2018 registered under Sections 363 and 365 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the inordinate and unexplained delay of more than one month in institution of the first information report and the role attributed to the petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with
