JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Singhia Police Station Case No.82 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 384, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R., accused persons, including the petitioner were threatening to the informant to withdraw the earlier case. Further allegation against the petitioner is of snatching away the golden chain of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner and he is not related to accused persons.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

In view of the facts as stated above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

No.44222 of 2019(4) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Singhia Police Station Case No.82 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
