2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the direction of this Court, supplementary counter affidavit dated 14.12.2018 has been filed on behalf of the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna, respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.8361 of 2015(5) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 no.12, bringing on record order contained in Memo no.9102 dated 12.12.2018 (Annexure-R/1) and letter no.9118 dated 13.12.2018 (Annexure-R/2), both issued by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that during pendency of the writ application, the petitioner has retired on 3.10.2023.

3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that so far as this writ application is concerned, nothing remains for the present.
