This application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Petitioner is directed to comply with the order of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sheikhpura by making payment of the arrears of maintenance within two months from today, failing which the same will be taken as contempt of this court.

It will be open for the learned Family Court, Sheikhpura to proceed with the execution of the order. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.1170 of 2018(5) dt.02-09-2022 2/2 petitioner has filed a matrimonial suit for a declaration that the marriage between the petitioner and the opposite party has been solemnized forcibly and by committing kidnapping of the petitioner. The said suit is still pending. This Court, therefore, leaves it open for the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy as regards his liability to pay maintenance after disposal of the suit and depending upon the outcome of the matrimonial suit. All contentions are left open to the parties.
