JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE) 11-11-2025 This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 01.03.2024, passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in CWJC No.13517 of 2023, wherein the writ application was disposed of with a direction to the respondents/appellants to pay the admitted dues of the writ petitioner/respondent to the tune of Rs. 3,97,221/- with 7% simple interest per annum to be calculated from the date of submission of bill till the date of

Patna High Court L.P.A No.674 of 2024(6) dt.11-11-2025 2/2 actual payment and if payment is not made within three months from the date of the order, the same will carry simple interest at the rate of 9% per annum.

2. Learned counsels for both parties submit that the instant appeal be disposed of in terms of the judgment dated 16.05.2025 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in LPA No. 676 of 2024, titled as "The State of Bihar and Ors. v. Lalan Kumar Mishra".

3. Learned counsels for both parties also submit that the facts and issues involved in this Letter Patent Appeal are identical to LPA No. 676 of 2024.

4. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands disposed of in terms of LPA No. 676 of 2024 and the directions contained therein shall also govern the instant case.
