Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioners is that petitioners intercepted the informant and assaulted him with Garasa on his head and when the son of the informant came he

Further allegation is that Indu Devi snatched gold and silver ornaments worth Rs.55,000/- from the informant and the reason behind this occurrence has been disclosed as Aniruddha Prasad, i.e. petitioner no. 4 was not invited in the marriage of the informant's son Prince Kumar which was going to be performed after some time.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and both the parties are agnates. Learned counsel further submits that there is family dispute between the parties and injuries caused to two persons are simple in nature and the reason behind the occurrence is not inviting the petitioner no. 4 and others by the informant in the marriage of informant's son to be performed after some time.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State and taking into consideration the fact that the parties are agnates and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as also injuries caused to the person are simple in nature, accordingly, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let all the four petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46960 of 2019(2) dt.30-07-2019 3/3 within four weeks from today be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 64 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
