2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction restraining the economic activities of Dr. Lalit Narayan Singh in D. N. College, Masaurhi who is the In-charge Principal of the said college on the ground that he is an accused in Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 164 of 2023 registered under Section 420, 120(B), 34 of the IPC along with other accused persons

Patna High Court CWJC No.11990 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 relating to the embezzlement of the college fund.

3. Direction sought for by the petitioner can not be granted by this Court in exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

4. This writ petition accordingly stands dismissed with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authorities of the State with regard to the relief sought for in this writ petition.
